Kelsey Kettell is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She completed her undergraduate degree at The University of New Haven and went on to complete her dietetic internship at Long Island University Post. Kelsey has worked as a clinical dietitian in different hospitals where she was exposed to many different disease states.
Her passion lies in outpatient work, where she enjoys working individually with clients to help them achieve their customized health goals. Kelsey’s nutrition philosophy is based on the concept of using nutrition to improve overall quality of life.
Originally from the Northeast, Kelsey was attracted to the outdoor lifestyle Southern California offers. Kelsey now resides in Long Beach and enjoys hiking, running, and cooking healthy meals in her free time.
