Lindsey Dubas is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Palmer Lake, Colorado. She found her passion for food and nutrition at 14 years old through positively impacting elderly residents by cooking nutritious and delicious meals in a long-term care community. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics with a secondary in Gerontology from Kansas State University. She is currently pursuing a credential in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. She has a passion for food, nutrition, and wellness and loves to share that with her patients at Nutrition As Therapy. Lindsey excels in weight management, healthy aging, and cardiovascular disease.
In her spare time, she loves doing yoga, mountain biking, hiking with her dogs, and playing the fiddle with a bluegrass band. Her favorite food is vegetable enchiladas!
