Nayery Rodriguez Abreu
Nayery is a Registered Dietitian from Miami, FLA. She started to pursue a career in nutrition when she was learning how to cook to become a chef and then realized how food had a direct impact on health.
Nayery then earned her BS in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University, North Miami and Providence Campus. Her passion is educating others on how to make better choices for disease prevention.
In her spare time, she loves to take dance classes, travel to different countries and cities within the USA, and eat at unique restaurants in Miami. She loves teaching about new foods and recipes and loves seeing the variety of patients we have for her to see. Her favorite dish is mashed green plantains, & tofu scramble with cooked kale and red onions!
