Priscila Ruiz

Priscila is a Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Registered Dietitian from Puerto Rico. Growing up, she was always passionate about cooking and being creative in the kitchen. Due to her love for food, she pursued a career in nutrition. Priscila completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics at the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus. Wanting to enhance her knowledge in nutrition, Priscila journeyed to Portland, Oregon to complete her Master’s Degree in Holistic Nutrition. She excels in women’s health, renal disease, eating disorders, GI disorders, tube feeds, and type I and II diabetes.
She loves to read, write, practice pilates, and cook. Priscila enjoys helping people learn more about the benefits of plant-based eating and the role food plays in our health. Her favorite quick snack is almond butter with apples topped with cinnamon and cacao nibs!
