This position has provided Teresa the flexibility she needs for her family including her 5 children. She comes from an active-duty military background and has a wide range of furry little animals to provide support to perform her duties. Her favorite part of her job as a leader is the ability to influence positive productivity within a particular team. She is constantly looking for ways to motivate others, to improve quality of services, and searches for ways to benefit the employees on a team level as well as on an individual level. The ability to be able to influence positive change is extremely rewarding.

Her hobbies include fishing, camping and off-roading in her jeep with her family. Flax, greens, and overnight oats are on her priority list of fave healthy foods!
