Margaret Voynov is a Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Registered Dietitian from New York. After taking a health course in college on nutrition and disease prevention, she decided to pursue a career in nutrition. Margaret earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Hunter College. Margaret loves teaching patients at Nutrition as Therapy how to live healthier lives through plant-based individualized nutrition care. Margaret excels in type I & II diabetes, cardiovascular disease, dialysis, hypertension, and eating disorders.
She loves cooking, trying new recipes, and taking walks in the park and on the beach in her spare time. Her favorite foods are cucumber and chickpea salad and vegetable tacos with beans.
