Stephanie is a plant-based Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 13 years of practice in various settings. She graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelor of Science. in Nutrition and a Master of Science in Community Nutrition. She has also been a board Certified Specialist in Oncology since 2017.
She has been plant-based as long as she has been a dietitian and is happy to see more people embracing this way of eating. She loves to introduce people to the many exciting possibilities in the kitchen as well as to improvements to their health. At Nutrition as Therapy, Stephanie is truly able to combine her dedication to compassionate care with an evidence-based practice.
Stephanie spends her free time traveling, hiking and learning how to play piano.
Her favorite meal is crispy tofu with roasted broccoli and sweet potatoes or a spicy curry. Her new must-have dessert is dates with peanut butter and dark chocolate chips!
