He takes a lot of pride in taking a solution based approach by understanding what his clients desire. He digs into the barriers that prevent them from achieving success and then draws out a tailored plan to help every client make sustainable and necessary changes to work toward their goals. On his free time he enjoys spending time with his friends, playing volleyball, dancing to latin music such as salsa and bachata, and being surrounded by anything electronic music. His favorite snack is peanut butter toast.

I'm thrilled to be part of the Nutrition As Therapy team, as I've been able to leverage my experience and have received tremendous support and openness from Upper Management. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, and simply spending time in nature. I'm also a big fan of plant-based cuisine, particularly dishes made with lentils such as lentil burgers!”
